I made appointments for my Mom and Dad for Visitor Visa interview .The VFS Website asked me to fill D-156 form for my Dad where as for My Mom it asked to fill D-156 AND D-157. Why didnt is ask to fill D-157 for my Dad?

Did anyone has this experience before?

May be because of the age .
Person age 55+ not requried to fill that form,
