I m Looking forward for help for my Query.

I am in US on L1 and want to invite my parents to US.
They can take care of all the expenses but woukd stay at my place.

Can i invite them to my place without filling up a sponsorship form.

Yes, sponsorship is optional.
You can still send a letter of invitation and a letetr to consulate requesting to isue a visitor visa for them.
