I want to invite my parents. I and my wife both are in F-1 visa till december 2008

Questions:

1. My father got transfered to New Delhi two weekls back from chennai (He is from AP so passport from vijayawada) can he attend visa interview in New Delhi?

2. Can we both (Myself and my wife) invite with single invitation letter. I have bank statement and my wife also should show bank statement?
We both have stipend and can show W2 and pay slips? so is it ok to invite together? if so what documents we should consider. My wife is presently in India till June 12 and my parents will attend visa after she returns is it ok?

3. I have I-20 student status till december 2008, but my visa stamp is till May 2007. Does it affect my parents visa interview?

1. Yes he apply in Delhi,
2. Sponsor as a student status is not an appealing to VO, so I think a self sponsor will work better.
