need urgent information after appling i140

hi,
we applied for i140 in this month. now we are planning to go to india for vacation.somebody told me that,you can't go to india now, after appling i140
we are confusiong about this.plz friends give information about this.

There is no such restriction. As long as you have a valid visa to come back to the US, you can travel with I140 pending or approved.
