Hi Guys,
- My H1 (for emloyer B) has been approved and I have it stamped in India for employer B. Now my current employer A wants to file a L1. Can L1 visa be issued without invalidating my H1 visa? How do I later transfer from L1 to H1 when in US, if L1 can be issued?
