Hi,
My Friend has a H1 Valid upto 2008 from employer XYZ and working for them.He has filed for Transfer from ABC.Presently He is in India, so has to go to Consulate for stamping.
As far as I know, He can continue with Company XYZ, if he has not gone for re stamping for ABC.
Wanted to know, If he gets stamped for ABC, Can he travel for XYZ.
If so, What might be POE questions?Will he have two H1 Stamped on his passport?
