L2 Visa

Hi All,

Recently my L1 Blanket got stamped. While I am going for stamping My husband has not come for stamping along with for L2.

now is it possible for him to go for L2 stamping.

He is working one of top Indian IT company and also he has approved H1 petition. As his employer has not given all required documents he has not gone for stamping.

Does he can go for L2 stamping. Does this H1 approved will give any problem.

Please advise.

Yes he can apply for dependent visa e.g. L2 visa.
Does he already have a H1 stamped ? in his passport?
If yes, when he goes for L2 , his H1 stamp can be voided.
If not, he is OK he can come to US on L2 and then later he can change to H1 if he wants based on his H1 approved peititon.
