Can I take appointment at Calcutta as well as Chennai. I have got an appt. for my parents in August at Chennai which is a bit late for me. Are there any cases of rejection if we go to other consulates?
Also, tts website says that fluent english speaking and urgency has to be shown. Can some one tell me if both these conditions are asolutely necessary.

I urge some one experienced in this should answer this question..

This might be late but you cannot make multiple appointments. I am also in the same stat as you..My parents have their appointment on July 16 in Delhi ( though they are from karnataka)..I am also looking for people who have done this before to help us. i have got only 1 reply so far.
