help needed

Hi,
I have a strange question. I have a joint account with my wife and I am planning to give that statement/Account verfication letter for sponsoring my parents. Will there be any concerns as her name too appears in this?

Thanks for your response murali. In affidavit of support, there is question on 'The following persons are dependent on me for support' and it asks for partially/wholy dependent.

My wife is employed.

So I presume i need to leave this blank. Just thought of confirming with you.

Either leave it blank or put as partially dependent, this shoulnt matter much though. Take it easy ..

Thank you murali. i will leave it blank. I have few more questions in my affidavit of support form:.
1. In affidavit of support,for question 2 regarding US citizenship, none of them are applicable as I am not a citizen and on a work visa- L1B. Do I need to put 'NIL' everywhere and where do mention abt my visa type.

2.Also for questions not applicable for me , can I leave them blank or put 'NiL'.

3. My parents have a self affidavit. Does this need to be done on a stamp paper and notarised or plain paper is sufficient. I am not sure abt how they notarize in India.
