A Visa Agent told my parents, whom I wish to invite along with my granny, that my Company's NOC (No Objection Certificate) would also be required stating that they are aware of the fact that I am sposoring 3 people.

Is it really required, b'coz I have already received an Employment Verification Letter from my employer. Would that be enough? Please suggest...!!

Thanx.

This is the first time I am hearing about needing an NOC from your company!!
I don't think you need it all; it really is not your company's business how many people you are sponsoring and after all, you would have sent your bank papers etc that will show to the consular officer that you are capable of taking care of the expenses of 3 dependent people!

Actually the agent may have said that because the consular officers can use anything as an excuse to reject visas....so just to be on the safe(est) side they might advise people to carry every possible scrap of paper they possibly can :D

I don't think you have to worry about this at all.

NOC is not required for the sposnor.
It may requried for the applicant , who is in JOB, to get a approved leave application/NOC from his/her company office.
