Visitor Visa Rejected....

I fail to understand, when I had a strong reason for visit to USA, i.e. my (only) elder brother getting married in August this year in USA. Even then the non-immigration visa was denied to me.

I think, the IMMIGRATION presumtion must be drawn only in cases, when a person is visiting USA without any specific purpose.

What should I do now :confused:

Submit once again after sept 11 or tell your brother to come India.

You can apply again after 3 days of last refusal.
There is no specific way to handle this kind of situation other then just applying again with more preparation.
