Urgent.. Please Help!!!!

My mother is in Chennai to attend B2 visa interview tomorrow morning. Just now came to know that she took the Demand Drafts in the name "American Consulate General" WITHOUT specifying CHENNAI in the Draft. Is that going to be a problem? If so, is any bank open around 7 or 8 in the morning to take the correct DD.

That is really tough...

I think ICICI bank opens really early (they are definitely open by 8am, not sure if they are at 7); if you can find their 24 hour customer service number at Chennai, maybe you could call them and find out (from their website)...
I have been to their bank at 9am once and there were already a lot many people getting their work done so I assume they open early.

Worth checking out. I hope it all works out okay for your Mom tomorrow. Let us know what happened.

I found this on link on the web, it has 24 hours customer service numbers. You could give them a call although I am sure you've found this out on your own by now!!
