How to contact TTS - Appointment modify...question

My mother had an appointment on Jul 7th at Chennai and My father on Aug 10th at Chennai. I just wanted to prepone my father's and have both attend on the same day. Is it possible?? If so, please respond me the details.

You will have to cancel both the appointments and take a fresh appt. if both of them have to go together.
