Iam Snegha, iam a green card holder in USA.presently iam involved in a very contenious family law matter.i have been to court once already and will be going to court again.there are accusations of domestic violence and we are having one child together.the court will make orders regarding custody and visitation of the child at this hearing.so iam in big stress.my husband left me.iam alone in this country with no employment.there are no friends or relatives for me in this country to share my feelings.i feel to bring my brother from India for a moral support hence my dad and mom are suffering from severe health problems, and they are having family responsibilities to look after my younger brother and sister.i can send an affidavit to my brother stating that i can look after the accomodation and food expense,i can give (Form I 134) from my attorney.iam receiving $3000.00per month as support from my husband.(this is a court order)i can provide all the court documents for the visa process.please suggest me weather this documents are enough to bring my brother in a visitor visa

Really sorry to hear about ur plight, my suggestion is hire a good immigration lawyer and ask ur brother in India to apply for visitors'visa (non-immigrant visa) in the meanwhile get a job and send in the paystubs and employment letter with the other docs (look in this forum for vistitor visa docs)- I would not say ur bringin ur bro for moral support 'cause that shows intent to immigrate, just say tourisim (best he can show funds from india for tourism)- showing ur alimony support will be a negative. meanwhile concenterate on getting job will help u financially and also take ur mind off the stress - look this whole incident ina positive light (know its tough) God is putting you thru this test to make you more Better.
email me if you need any additional help-send me ur resume and let me see if i can help u.
ps: no legal advise
