Hi guys,
I got a parking ticket allegedly for parking near a fire hydrant on Central Park West. I noticed that the ticket does not have sufficient information - no VIN and the license plate (registered in NJ) has been noted incorrectly. A friend of mine tells me that I could tear that parking ticket since they cannot get to me without that information.
Anyone has any experiences about this? Could the NYC PVB possibly find out whom the ticket was issued to?
