Hello,
I am writing to inquire whether it is possible to incorporate a company here in USA while holding h-1b visa, without any consequences to H-1B Visa status in future?
Another question is...
Is it possible to process or hold h-1b visa of the owner of the company, in the same company?
What about the type of company incorporation?
I came to know that the person can be Director or Chairman in the company but not CEO, because he can work for only one company. And that's his H-1B employer.
In this case, my above question again turns up. Is it possible to transfer H1 to this same company and become CEO also?
