My in-laws got 10years multiple visitor visa. but during POE my FIL was stamped with 6month on I-94 and my MIL stamped with 3 months.
Is there any way to extend here I-94 date during her stay in US for another 3 months?

Only way is to file the extension for her using 539 form

No, the date given on I94 are the one.
It could have been requsted at the POE itslef by requesting the officer if you have noticed that.
now, the only way is to apply for an extension.
