How to print DS 156 form

Hi
Just now i filled form DS 156 for a visitor visa. but there is no appointments available to confirm. do i get a option to print the form without confirmation?
or i need to print only after confirmation? and also i cannot get option of selecting counter passport collection. i would like to collect my passport at VFS service centre. please let me know how to select this option?

You cannot print the forms untill otherwise your appointment is confirmed. The same applies for your other qustion also.
