Can I get New HDFC Fee Receipt's If Old get deactivated for 90 days ??

I had to cancel my parents visitor visa appointment twice and there HDFC Visa Fee Receipt got deactivated for 90 days , Can I get a new Visa Fee Receipts and book a new appointment rather than waiting for 90 days ??? Suggestions / Comments Required Urgently !!
