I understand this thread must have been started countless number of times but I could not find information.

My parents are arriving from Bombay to Houston and they speak/understand ZERO english. They are coming by themselves. Could you please tell me,

1. What forms they would need to fill out (I-94, Customs) etc.
2. How can they request INS officer to grant them permission for 6 months ?
3. How would they be able to pick up their luggage and communicate with custom officer ?

All your input will be highly appreciated. They will be on plane in next 24 hours and I'm feeling nervous.

Thanks

This is only my suggestion..

There is no such letter. If your parents show the paper to any of desi guy , she or he will talk to immigration officer on their behalf.

I would suggest try to find a person that knows your mother tongue first..

That's it..
