visitor visa extension denial

My parents' I-539 was denied, we got the notice dated 1stJune on 4th June (california service center). How soon should they go back ? What's the reaonable time period to leave the country once the denial of service notice is received ? Is there any where the period is mentioned ?

If thier I94 date is expired they should leave as early as possible. There is no time period as such but recommneded to leave the country soon.

I have another question, If they stay longer, is any problems caused at the port of exit ?
Any idea about the future visits if they stay longer ?

Hi, I am a new member to the board. My parents have 10 year multiple entry B2 visa, and we have applied for an extension of stay in June under CSC.- status waiting for reply.
Any body can quote , any specific resaons for denials ?
Also if denied can they travel to India and come back in a few months?
Please give any advice
