Hi,

The scenario:

I am the only son.Mom appeared for visa interview in Delhi Consulate.Father passed away.Mom is retired from service.Consulate officer enquired of her,Who will take care of your property in your absence."My brother in law and other relatives",responded she.

The consulate officer rejected her visa.

Now,my question is all that mentioned above are facts.Even if I apply again, these are not going to change. In this scenario, how can we convince the consulate folks of our true intents of coming back to India ?

We have land and house in India. All our relatives are in India.

Any ideas or thoughts ?

Thanks.

This is very common situation.
apply again, No need to change any reason, prepare her well for the interview.
Many times its just the luck and the mood of the officer taking interview.
I would recommend to take some time and read more about others experiences and sucess stories on this website and forum that would help.
Good luck !
