Visitor visa for Father 80 years, Mother 74 years

Hi,

My cousin's parents have interview on 19th April. They can not give any specific documents if asked during interview. Please suggest if there is any easy way to arrange documents and make it easy for them.

Also please share if any of you have any such experience.
Can someone accompany during their interview or can some one inside the consulate assist them?
