Who can Notarise ?

Hi,

My husband is planning to invite his parents on visitor visa.
We understand that there are certain affidavits required.

Affidavit from Father and Affidavit from mother to tell their family ties and plan in US and to prove that they will come back to India.

Can you please tell who can notarise such documents ?
We think an advocate can do that.
Is it required to get it done by magistrate ?


Regarding birth certificate,
the birth affidavit prepared by father : Who can notarise that ?[/B]
The birth certificate is available but does not have my husband's name in that.

Also, if the birth certificate was prepared 3 years after his birth in that case , is it required to get any additional document ?
I mean is there any other affidavit required and if yes then who can notarise that ?

Need this a bit urgent as interview dates are approaching.

1. It can be done by authrosed Notary person , generally advocate in India.
