I got H1B visa in 2006(3 years validity). Because of some personal problems i am unable to move US. So i asked 6 months time from my employer. But they are not ready to give such a long period.
In worst case, if i don't go in these 3 years, Is there any negative effect in, future visa processings? like am i eligible to apply again H1B/any other visa(is there any chances of visa rejection at that time).
Some of my friends are saying that if i don't go now then its almost not possible to get H1B again.
One more question. Should i go US immediately after getting H1B? / is it possible to go there at any time before visa validity is expired?
