Property purchase proof

Hi,

My dad has recently purchased a shop in India but the agreement will not be ready before end of May or June. The only proof he has is the Receipt for initial deposit. Would that be enough to show as a proof of the prospect to start business? Basically my mom is going for her visitor visa interview end of Apr and wants to show that my dad cannot come coz he is starting a new business. To prove that what is the best document to show in this situation where the purchase is not yet complete?

I dont think that ther would be any need of such documents for your visa purpose, you you want she can carry it though , dont show unless asked specifically for any such document

I had posted this question earlier too and since then there has been a slight change int eh situation. My question was "what shd my mom say if asked why my dad is not coming". Now since my Dad has booked a shop in India is it a good idea to say that "Since he is in a process of starting his own business he cannot come". What is the best way to put it?
