H1 Transfer- please help

I have the following questions about H1 Transfer. I have a valif H1B1 and want to transfer to another company.

1. How long does it take to transfer H1 ? is there a premium processing ?
2. Can it be a post dated transfer for e.g. can the company say i will be working from august and file the petition in june/july ?
3.Are thery any cases of H1 transfer being rejected? ( I have been on valid visa and transferring to related job)

4. I have already filed for Labor certification with my present company, will that in any way affect my H1 transfer ?

1. Yes, you can opt for premimum processing and it takes max 2 week , with 1000$ premium fee.

2. It cant be posted dated.

3. There may be depends on conditions and case.

4. Yes, labor certification belongs to company and you can't carry with you.
