Drop box for my mom..

Hi , My dad is more that 60 but my mom is not , now for visitors visa can i do drop box for both or i have to send my mom in person..

Same is the situation in my case. My dad went to ttservices office about it. He was told that my mom has to go for interview. But was also advised that its better both of them go together for the interview even though one qualifies for dropbox.

Only person with the age 60+ is allowed for DropBox based on the age factor.
So better both of them take interview option through appointment.
