business visa ?

Hi,

My company wants me to come to USA for extending a module for a software which is to be done in India and they want me to come there on a B visa for three weeks to get to know how it works.

Iam new to applying this visa for the first time.

Do I have to take an interveiw or should I send the sponsor letter and other things through mail.

I have already taken an appointment at delhi as I could not get a appointment till 19th august in chennai. I am confused whether you have to take an appointment or send the forms.

Can you please tell me what all documents I need to take when I go to the embassy and Iam 25 yearls old unmarried. I heard you have to show the embassy that I will come back.

I ve been work in the company since 3 1/2 years.

I want to ask one more thing when I go to the consulate with my sponsor and other company details. Do they check out the company details then itself. If for example they call my company in the USA at that time it will be night in there I dont understand how they do that.

Your present compmay will provide you all the necessary documents. You just have to fill the application forms.
These documents includes your company's financial docs, tax, market value etc and the US company letter of invitation etc etc.
The process is simple , You dont have to worry abt how they contact in Day or night, you just go for the interview and atend the interview.
