we have applied for the visitor visa via drop box for my Grandmother on May,17,2004.So far we have not got back..How much time it takes now a days and is ths normal time to get...Thanks for the help

which consulate? This is little more then it should take,
contact the Drop Box service provider ( VFS or TTS) which is applicable.
