My husband is on H1 b
and iam on h4 visa
now iam planning to apply vistor visa for my parents.
i have a question regarding that
When i came to usa on h4 my husband was working for a company A
now he has shifted to a new consultancy B and got all his paper work done.
I have applied for a change in my H4 also but the status is pending.
So is it ok if i apply for an interview for my parents.And please help me regarding this
i have all other documents ready.
