Urgent,Please help

Hello,

I would someone to give suggestion for my urgent situation.Any help would be
appreciated.

I am into my 9 month of pregnency and have hoped that my inlaws would come for my delivery.Unfortunately they visa was rejected by the chennai consulate.
Family are from the state of AP so need to go to chennai only.
Now i want to try for my mother but could not get web appointment at chennai within
the due date.So i took an appointment at calcutta on the basis of Urgent need basis.

Now could some one suggest a good idea of convicing the officer at calcutta
why there is an urgency for my mother to travel without going to chennia .Also what kind of letter would convice the officer there without giving out that she is coming for my delivery.


Kindly help me out with replies as early as possible.

There is no method/special document which guarantees the visa grant, I would say you should have planned for visa etc well in advance , you said you are at 9th month of pregnancy and yet to figuring out the visa for parents ? Sorry no means to put you you down here but better to plan much better in advance.
Now, as far as the urgent reason to give , she can say that due to some the pre-planned program she needs to reach USA on time or any thing else which you think sound genuine reason. Since each case is different and also depends who is the officer handling the case no matter what reason you give if all other documents are OK and officer is convince she can get the visa.
