Invitation letter to consulate

Hi,
I am working on L1 and my wife is on H1B. I am sponsoring my parents for tourist visa. In my invitation letter to consulate should I mention that my wife is working here?If I mention should I attach any proof for her employment/visa status?

Whst the need to go such details, no need to write about wife employment details.
