Help on DS-156 question- urgent :)

Hi

Some one please help me on this. Actually my aunty and uncle having an appointment in next week in chennai for visitor visa. I sent all the papers for them which they live in remote place so i sent some near to my family to help them in the process. The DS-156 forms I took print out in two papers instead of one paper. Now I need to modify the Q.no 40 and send it to them they will take print out and filling in the Q.no 40 as they prepared those documents.
The questions are:
1. How can I access to edit the DS-156 forms using their HDFc receipt no
2. I for got their mother' name (I mean which formatted i used before to fill up)?
3. How can I find out the mother name i used before?

Please help me some on this that would be great because they don't have time only 5days left they need to start travelling before 3 days to reach chennai.

there are only two options first cancel the appointment and find the earliest available conveinent day for you to modify the DS forms.
if u forget the HDFC no and the mother's name of the applicent u can have access to them on phone.
regarding Q.no. 40 is application prepared by, the only option they have is the ur family member who can read english can sign in that taking in time constrain. they can take the printout any time providing the information
