Additional H-1 for part time Job

Presently I am working on H1 and I have been offered one more job on part time basis. Can I start working immediately after filing the new H-1?

Up to which date I can file new H1, Is the quota is still available?

Pls reply me ASAP.

From best of knowledge, in case of H1 trnasfer you can start working of the new company but in this case where you are trying to obtain multiple employment and multiple H1 , may be different. Your best course of action is to seek advise form the emploers HR/Leagl dept or any subject matter expert Attorney.
