Hi Murali,
I have the following issue while filling DS-156 for stamping
1. H1 Petition filed on Client with address in Utah
2. Project in Utah is closed but Client exists with the company.
3. My contact person working for the client, resides in Connecticut (different state). However I am only providing the phone number
4. I have a location address in Utah (generic hotel address used across in the company).
Right now I am going for a different client and I have all the proper details. But it belongs to a different state.
My immigration team advises to use the same location/client while petition filing time.
Can you please advise, will this create any problem?
