Hi Mr. Murali,
can you please tell me
1.if we have to attach all the papers along with the application form?or just carry them along and produce them as asked for?

yesterday my brother in law's VISA was rejected due to 214B .they did not attach any papers .they carried all the papers with them but officer did not ask or see any papers.both my brother in law and his wife work in good companies and just want to visit us for 2 months

what extra papers other than the regular ones we have to send ,so that officer is convinced that they are going back to india.

2. Also on the application is it more better if they say "my brother is paying for the trip" ,eventhough they are paying for their own trip.or it doesn't make any difference?

please reply.
they are going to re- apply after 3 days.

Thank You.
Archana.

Sedning the sponsor docs should go along with the application is a better choice.
all other applicant document should be carried at the time of interview.
The list of documents given on this website is what is required and sufficient, other then that they can prepare a self affidavit swaering that they will be back with the time, ( this is not really required but may help)
