My Case is as follows:
Company A H1B Valid till Aug 31st, 2006.
Company B filled for H1B Transfer and Extension on Aug 25th, 2006. Start working with the company B on Aug 28th, 2006.
Got the approved petition with:
Receipt date - Sep 07, 2006, valid from Oct 26, 2006 to April 12, 2009.
Is it correct or the Petition should be valid from Aug 25th, 2006 to April 12, 2009 and the receipt date should be Aug 25th, 2006.
Also the Intended date of employment on the H1B Petition are:
Aug 25th, 2006 to April 12, 2009
