Hi all,

I filed for 2 H1B thru company A and B during 2006 year quota. I got H1b stamping done during Oct 2006 through company A. But could not travel due to some issues with company A.

1. Can I get stamping done using petition of company B?
2. What is validity period for petition , since petition got approved in Sep 2006. Is it still valid ?

Please help.

Yes

its valid till the exp date, but CO can question why the same job still exists?
