Web appointment for interview (Urgent)

Hi,

I scheduled interview for my sister on Aug 19th. This is the second time for her, first time the visa was rejected. When I scheduled thats the earliest date I got it. But now when I check the calendar I saw some dates in July, but its not allowing me to change any date prior to Aug 19th. When I tried using Modify/Cancel link, the calendar shows all date in date prior to Aug 19th (even thought some dates are available). Is there any special way to modify the dates for the second timer whose visa was rejected once. Do I have to cancel and make another appointment. If I do like that can I ger earlier date. Please reply

I am experiencing the same for visitor visa interview appointment for my parents at Chennai. I scheduled interview on july 21'st. Though sometimes I see vacant slot earlier
than that, these dates are not available if I go through "Modify /Cancel Appointment".
I e-mailed to ttsvisas to find out is there any other way of Modification. They told
that visa appointment depends upon the type of visa, language you choose for
interview etc. (I guess what they implies even if some vacant slots are available it may
not be available for my required visa and language of interview.).
But I don't think cancelling the appointment and scheduling again will help you since you may not get earlier date.
