what need to say in the financial letter and where to get that and also i should be in the 20 RS stamp paper or plain paper! thanks for any help!

If its for you the visitor applicant, let them go to a lcoal notary and they will help wiht format and actual Rs details whater 20 or 50 or what.
Basically the wordings are very standard stating a oath of diclosuer of financial assets and total value.
