Am I in the penalty for 3 years?

I filed for F1 when I was in US on B1 and got denied after 7 months of processing (I was out of status in US for 2 weeks before I left US) I got back to my home country and try to apply F1 but I got denied again. Now a company in US is going to hire me and file for H1 for me, would the history of overstay affect my application? Or am I in the penalty which I am not allowed to go back for 3 years? Or will I stand any chance of applying B or F visas again? Thanks.. I am desparately looking for advice.

Dont worry too much about it, these things are very common.
Go ahead and let the company apply for your H1, if eveything else is in place you should get the visa.
