Visitor visa for father

Hi All,
I have one question so plz help me.
My mother has 10 years multiple visa. now my father is trying for visitor visa. I am on h1b but my stamping on passport is expire but i have h1b extension with valid I94. Do you think there is chance for getting visitor visa for my father without h1b stamping on my passport.

Most of the time consualte officer ask and insist for a vlaid visa stamp on the sponsor's passport.
I would encourage you to get the new visa stamp in USA itself and then sponsor him..
