hi,
My H1 case is pending on 221(g).I have submitted the required docs 2wks back.Now I called the Chennai consulate to know the status and I got to know that they have decided to send my case to USCIS for additional processing.So is this called admin query and AAP in general.....wat is the probability that I get a visa in this case and what is the time line ...

Please let me know...

THanks a lot for the number. I will call the consulate. Actually iam also in 221g boat, submitted all the document on Jan19th2007 and waiting for the response. But till now i haven't got any positive reply from consulate.
