H1 visa appointments

Hi guys :
I am currently in US and going to india for visa stamping.
Earlier I was working in mumbai and passport was issued in mumbai office. When I came to US I gone to mumbai consulate for stamping.My passport has mumbai address , But I am no more staying there as my permenent address blore. Since they have devided regionwise appointments. Could you please help on which consulate I should appointment,whether to go by passport address or permenet residence address.
