Sir/Madam,
hello,

I am an Indian Citizen and currently holding a Green card of KYRGYZSTAN and staying there from the past 4 years.
I currently hold a 4 years engineeing degree in computers science from university of Kyrgyzstan.
Can I apply for Green Card of USA on Lottery basis, Using Green card status of Kyrgyzstan?
If that is not possible, Can i apply for H1 Visa on Kyrgyzstan quota instead in Indian Quota?
Please let me know.

US immg works based on ur birth country. doesn't make any difference if u have a citizenship also.
