Grand parents received visa for 3 months valid from Apr 6 th to July 6 th.

What dose this mean ? Are they suppose to go back by July 6 th?

or they can come before July 6 th and will get 6 months I-94 at port of entry?

They should travel to US before July 6th and their time of stay here is decide at the port of entry.
