Hi,
My father works for a private school. But when he asked school authority about the tax returns , they said:
since my father monthly pay is less than 10000/- and his yearly salary is not exeeding 120000/- school don't file for a form-16. hence he is not doing any tax filing every year. But they told one more thing..school is paying corporate tax on behalf of all employees and My father salary certificate is also saying that he is paying professional tax every month from his salary.
Q1: is this above information valid regardig the form-16 and corporate tax?
Can they explain the same thing if VO ask about tax returs. My father has salary certificate, leave approval and NOC from school.Is this explaination valid when VO asks about the tax returns.
But my father has a own house worth of 15 Lacs and some land(min of 7lacs) for which they are paying tax on house and land every year to govt.
Q2: My parents can show tax receipts for hous and land. Is this good enough ?
