Affidavit for assurance to return back to India

I am applying for visitor visa for my mother. She does not own any propertly in India. All the property are owned by me and my siblings. But she gets rental incomes and files incomes tax returns on a regular basis.
I have come up with an affidavit explaining her ties to India. In this document, I explained that she receives rental incomes and files income tax returns.

Does this mean she has to carry the property docs? Since there are no property docs on her name, I don't want to make any ambigious statements that might confuse the VO. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If she does not own any properpert , there is no need to carry any document.
As far as receiveing the rent, its a oral agreement among the family.
