How to get a sponsor for a person on an H4 visa

I want to know how a person with an H4 visa can look for a job or how can a company sponsor him. Also will the person be reqd to go out of the USA for getting the H1 visa

If you are talking H1B then its only for High tech jobs.You can contact any USA based high tech or consulting company, who sponser h1B visas.
Search on the internet to find out such companies.
Threre no need to go out of usa to get the H1B status.Its only requird if you need to get H1B stamp on your passport.

I am looking for a job as a retail pharmacist as I have done my bachelor's in Pharmacy & want to know that if I get a job in a pharmacy store will they sponsor an H1 visa for me?
